Workload assurance is a contracted service for named customer workflows. A complete schedule identifies:
- representative and known-bad cases under explicit retention and contribution terms;
- operation, profile, format, application, font, and environment versions;
- required correctness stages and loss ceiling;
- regression frequency and release-blocking rules;
- supported current and N-1 versions;
- incident severity, response window, escalation, and customer communication;
- evidence report frequency and retention;
- exclusions, capacity, change control, and end-of-term deletion.
Runstamp offers workload assurance only when the named workload suite and operating process exist. Package tests do not replace a customer workload suite.
